Sustainably Made Harlekin Bear

Steiff HARLEKIN teddy bear is fun, colourful and very collectible. Many Steiff Bears of this era were as colourful as life in the "Roarinf Twenties". The Harlekin Teddy Bear is undoubtedly one of the best known and most popular.

His body is made from paper plush using the mixture of red and pale blue and he is stuffed with corn fibres.
All this is enlightened by his bright yellow paw pads which are made of biobased Alcantra-Leather.

He has been designed just like a true Steiff classic bear - with long arms, round face, little ears - and in one ear is the Steiff tag - together with the little hump at the top of his back.

Steiff have used the world wide famous design to make HARLEKIN and just look at his face - one blue and black eye - together with a one brown and black one.
Also hand stitched mouth and nose using black thread.
On his front is the distinctive 'Teddies for Tomorrow' stainless steel chest tag.
