Shipping, delivery & returns

1. Despatching Orders:

Orders placed and received before 13:00 will be sent out Monday-Friday (excluding Bank & National Holidays)

2. Postage Charges:

For orders under £60.00 there are three postage options, Standard tracked delivery at £3.95, Faster delivery at £5.95 and Special delivery at £12.99
For orders over £60.00 and below £200.00 Standard tracked delivery is free and Faster delivery is £5.95 and Special delivery is £12.99.
Orders over £200.00 come with free Faster delivery, except for delivery to the Channel Islands which will go by Free Standard tracked delivery.

Standard tracked delivery is a tracked Royal Mail Service and delivery times are normally:

Mainland UK: Delivery in 2-5 working days
Highlands, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight: Delivery in 2-6 working days
Channel Islands or Isle of Man: Delivery in 3-7 working days

Faster delivery is a tracked Royal Mail Service and delivery times are normally:

Mainland UK: Delivery in 1-2 working days
Highlands, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight: Delivery in 1-3 working days

Special delivery is a tracked Royal Mail Service and delivery times are normally:

Mainland UK: Next working day

3. Returns

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason (excluding Personalised Orders) within 30 days, The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give a full refund of the amount paid or exchange as required. No refund will be given for any upgrade postage charge (excluding any Standard Postal charge). We aim to process all returns within 14 days. All goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels and boxes in good condition.

When returning please include a message saying your name, order number and that you’d like a refund.
