Steiff MOLLY HOUND 1927 Replica has an enchanting face and comes in a happy white and green colour.

The 1920's were the most successful 'Dog Years' not only in the Toy Industry lead by Steiff, but in the fashion Industry.

Steiff produced dogs of every breed but their most successful was 'Molly', offered for the first time in 1925.
She was a BIG hit and caused quite a sensation when she outsold the teddy bears!

Molly was first made with tipped mohair and vibrant colours were later added, even in bright orange and of course this fabulous green.

Her head is turnable - so she can watch you so easily - and she has hand embroidered black nose and mouth.
Large glass eyes in black and brown and she is decorated with a little bell and smart mauve bow tie.

Limited edition of just 927 pieces throughout the world and she has patented steel underscored Button in Ear together with special red tag.
