Ziggy Stardust!
Here we have David Bowie who has been beautifully designed by Steiff.David Robert Jones, known as David Bowie, was an English singer, songwriter and actor.
Regarded as one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century and remembered for Heroes, Starman and Space Oddity.
His head and chest are made of white mohair and he is 5-way jointed.
Which means you can move his head, arms and legs.
His face has a hand stitched mouth and nose where they have used a gold coloured thread.
And he has special two coloured eyes.
Steiff have dressed Bowie in a printed glitter fabric for the body and they have given the outfit separate collar and shoulder pads to just imitate the ZIGGY STARDUST costume.
Finally his foot pads are made of felt with 'BOWIE' logo embroidered on the left foot pad.
Limited edition of just 1972 pieces worldwide.
Bowie comes in a very special box designed in a deep red colour with gold wording.
