Steiff PAPA Bear is the Head of the Steiff family and brings calmness and confidence to the home.
He is made from warm chestnut mohair skilfully applied by a batik process.
This will ensure each PAPA bear is unique.
Using this batik technique adds additional depth and character to an already impressive bear.
He is five way jointed which means you can move his head, arms and legs and has pale felt paw pads.
PAPPA'S face has shiny eyes and a beautifully hand embroidered black nose and mouth together with the well known Steiff little ears. He also has an Internal Growler.
PAPA likes to look very smart - and is wearing a linen waistcoat - with little buttons - and a front pocket.
