Steiff NATIVITY SCENE 2020 is made for a very special time of the year.
The Manger is made from a light coloured spruce with a magical star placed on the top - together with a very special cot made just for baby Jesus.
He is surrounded by his parents, Mary and Joseph, who are made from the finest mohair. They are dressed in colourful wool and linen garments and have been given black eyes and hand embroidered mouth and noses both in different coloured thread.
The little donkey is bowing down in reverence and is made from grey mohair.
He has a little tail, black hooves, fluffy black mane and has been hand air brushed by the special Steiff designers with light apricot down his face and inner ears.
Then just look at the outside of his ears - they are outlined with black.
Finally Steiff have designed the cot for baby Jesus where he lays covered with a blanket and surrounded with care from his parents for ever and ever.
