Gentleman Ben is for collectors who love BIG bears. He is fully jointed and made from the finest dense mohair in a warm cinnamon brown colour. He has sparkling black eyes, and an amazing face which has been carefully shaved to give him a glorious nose which has been hand embroidered in a dark brown thread. He was actually discovered in an online auction and here Steiff have made an amazing reproduction of the original. Steiff designers worked from exacting measurements and colour swatches to create this one-of-a-kind masterpiece. His cinnamon fur is brown tipped and hand airbrushing provides attractive detailing.
His paw pads are covered in the finest beige felt and around his neck he has three magnificent bells which on movement make a jingle jangle noise - together with an internal growler - so just tip the bear over to hear the famous Steiff growl. Limited edition of just 1,000 pieces worldwide.
