'Artan' means 'little bear' in Irish.
His collar, made from dark olive green silk with hand embroidered decoration points to the Emerald Isle of the Fairies.
Also attached to the collar are little bells in patina finish which emit a gentle ring.
Nose, paw and inner ears are colour matched to the bells and he has slightly pointed magical elf like ears.
