For its 135th jubilee, the Steiff "little elephant" makes its appearance in a 5 cm version.
Standing upright, made of the finest white wool felt with saddle cloth and base in contrasting colours of blue and yellow, it accompanies people throughout the day, as their little Jubilee elephant. He has little black eyes and lovely face.
Perhaps it was a coincidence or precisely the reason that the elephant - symbol of intelligence, strength and happiness - was Margarete Steiff´s first cuddly toy.
The little Jubilee elephant is released in a limited edition of 1,880 pieces.
