He has perfect round ears together with shiny black eyes and big hand stitched black nose with perfect little mouth.
His paw pads are made from light tan felt - which goes so well with the mohair.
Looking at the bear you will see that his face around his nose has been trimmed - which gives him such character.
This Steiff Replica 1909 bear is stuffed with wood shavings - just as the original Replica.
And this superb bear has a growler - just tilt this bear forwards and backwards and you will hear the worldwide famous Steiff growl.
New since spring 2017 - we further emphasise the special status of this replica bear by giving a replica ear tag in their left ear indicating the year in which they were made. This is attached by a patinated steel underscored button.
