1. Ordering From Us.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made.

We may refuse to accept an order when the goods are not available, where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment or if there has been a pricing or product description error. You can pay through our secure site by credit card, debit card or maestro (switch).

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. Our prices also include postage and packing.


3. Delivery.

If delivery cannot be made for any reason, or due to incorrect information being provided, we reserve the right to charge £14-00 if the product is returned to us.


4. Shortages or Damage.

Any shortages or damage must be reported by email within three days of delivery of any items.


5. Cancellation and Returns Policy.

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email, fax or letter to our head office before we have despatched the goods to you. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason within seven days of receipt of those goods for a full refund or exchange but you must notify us in writing either by fax, email or letter. The cost of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods (or at the latest within 30 days) we will give a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. No refund will be given for any upgrade to a more expensive delivery option. The rights to a refund or to return the goods to us will not apply if the goods have been damaged in any way or are not in their original state. This does not affect your statutory rights.
