Steiff Limpy is a wonderful new designer bear. The Steiff designers wondered if it was possible to tie-dye mohair and what effect it would create. Well Limpy is the result and his fur is a wonderful swirling mix of brown and blond tones. This makes no two Teddy bears exactly alike - each one is unique. He has a wonderful new shaped face with a cream-coloured mohair complexion highlighted with apricot and black airbrushing. His nose is lightly waxed and the inside of his ears are sewn with a longer pile cream mohair to accent his face. The edges of his paw pads are lightly airbrushed to add a new dimension. A broad smile and sparkling eyes make him a very desirable bear. White label with red writing and famous Steiff gold-plated button in the ear. Comes boxed with his own numbered certificate of authenticity. Limited edition of 2,010 worldwide.
